1. Digital Products

Dealkart India sells digital products, including software license keys, activation keys, and digital codes. Products are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.

Because our products are digital, physical returns are not required.

2. Refund Period

Customers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

3. Eligible Refunds

A refund may be eligible within 30 days for the following reasons:

  • A product that cannot be delivered by Dealkart India.
  • A product that is unavailable or out of stock.
  • A technical or delivery problem caused by Dealkart India.
  • Any refund required by applicable law.

All refund requests are subject to review and verification.

4. Non-Refundable Products & Conditions

  • Refunds are generally not available after a digital license key or activation code has been successfully activated, redeemed, consumed, or used.
  • Refunds are also generally not provided for compatibility problems with third-party software, hardware, or systems when the product requirements were clearly stated before purchase.
  • Refunds are generally not available if you change your mind after receiving the license key or activation code, provided that the key or code has been delivered as described.

5. Exchanges

Dealkart India does not offer exchanges.

For an invalid or non-working license key, we may provide assistance, a replacement, or a refund after reviewing the issue.

6. Refunds to Dealkart India Wallet

Where an approved refund is issued as Dealkart India Wallet balance, the approved refund amount will be credited to the customer’s Dealkart India Wallet.

Wallet Balance Usage Condition

Customers may use their Dealkart India Wallet balance toward future purchases.

A maximum of 10% of the customer’s available wallet balance can be used for a single order.

The remaining wallet balance will remain available for future purchases.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 1 business day.

The time for the refund to become available may vary depending on the payment provider or wallet system.

8. How to Request a Refund

Customers must contact us within 30 days of purchase.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Product name
  • Reason for the refund
  • Details of the issue, if applicable

We may request additional information to verify the order.
