• Users: The subscription can be shared with up to five other people, for a total of six users.
• Multi-Device Access: Each user can install and be signed into Microsoft 365 apps on all their devices (PC, Mac, tablets, and phones) and use them on up to five devices simultaneously.
• Cloud Storage: A total of 6 TB of secure cloud storage is included, with each person receiving 1 TB (1,000 GB) for their files, photos, and emails.
• Core Applications: Users get access to the fully installed, always-up-to-date desktop versions of premium apps.
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook for PC and Mac.
• Access and Publisher are also included, but for PC only.
• Microsoft Teams for group calls and collaboration.
• Clipchamp video editor with premium filters and effects.
• Microsoft Designer AI-powered image creator and editor.
• Security & Safety: The plan includes advanced security features with Microsoft Defender for personal data and devices, including ransomware protection for OneDrive files, and security features for Outlook email accounts. It also offers the Microsoft Family Safety app for screen time limits and location sharing.
• AI Features: Integrated AI-powered features with Microsoft Copilot in apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to assist with tasks such as drafting emails or analyzing data. Note that AI features are only available to the subscription owner and cannot be shared.
