- Task Summary Name Field:- In complex projects with long task lists, it can be difficult to know under which parent or summary task a particular task is indented. The Task Summary Name field is a read-only column that clarifies the project hierarchy by displaying the name of the summary task for every row.
- Timeline Bar Labels & Progress Tracking:- The Timeline view now features greater visual clarity. You can label timeline bars with task names, and task progress can be displayed directly on the bars themselves, making it easier to share high-level status updates with stakeholders.
- Accessibility Improvements:- Project 2019 includes enhanced support for Windows Narrator and other assistive technologies, along with improved contrast and keyboard navigation.
- Core Scheduling & Management Tools:- Standard features from previous versions remain, including interactive Gantt charts, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) creation, Resource Sheets, baselines, and a wide array of built-in reporting tools.
